Wellingborough Amateur Swimming Club Child Protection Policy Statement

 

In relation to Child Protection, Wellingborough Amateur Swimming Club has:

 

  •          Adopted the ASA Child Protection in Swimming and Guidelines. (Wave Power)
  •          Adopted the ASA Code of Ethnics (Wave Power)
  •          Adopted the ASA Guidelines for the use of photographic and filming equipment. (Wave Power)
  •          Adopted the ASA Anti-Bullying Policy (Wave Power)
  •          Produced a Child Protection Policy
  •          Nominated Welfare Officer in place

 

A copy of the ASA Wave Power document may be viewed on request in the meeting room from the Welfare Officer.

 

In relation to Child Protection, Wellingborough Amateur Swimming Club will:

 

  •          Ensure all members, parents, officials etc are aware of the policy, and will produce the document of request.
  •          Continually review Child Protection measures in light of changes to national legislation.
  •          Adopt and implement any changes to the ASA’s Child Protection Policy and Procedures.

 

Wellingborough Amateur Swimming Club expects all members, staff and officials, voluntary or otherwise to comply with the Child Protection policy, procedures and guidelines.
