Expected to swim for Club if selected |

Achieve 3 x 50 times in 3 strokes |

Gain 200m times in two strokes |

Selected swimmers attend one Open meet per year |

Must swim for Club if selected |

Midland Qualifying Time or have attended Midlands in last 12 months |
