- Selection by BAGCAT's points
Performance Squad
- Build stamina and stroke technique
- Take part in 'Dash', WASC & County Championships if qualified
- Perform correct starts, turns & finishes
Excel Senior Squad
- Maintain good technique
- Endurance & race strategy
- Maintain up to date times for all distances and strokes
- Swim for WASC whenever selected
- Swim at WASC & County Championships if qualified
- Selected on BAGCAT's points
NASA County Training Squad
- By NASA selection, additional training at Northampton & Corby
- Usually selected from County Championships
- Coached by NSC coaches
Senior Squad (17+ years)
- Swimmers 17+ years who no longer wish to take part in club galas regularly
Masters & Adults
- Masters competitive
- Adult fitness swimmers
